Luca was really great – very good and prompt communication. And the gravel bike was fantastic – a Scott Addict. Francesco, from Pedayitaly who dropped off and picked up the bikes was really friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I can recommend Ciclismoplus very highly – you won't be disappointed!!

What a fun experience! We rode to Castello di Brolio which was stunning. The bikes were like new and the staff super helpful.

Iedereen die een fiets wil huren in Lucca zou hier moeten komen. Je bestelt op voorhand online en krijgt snel antwoord van de eigenaar. We zijn super goed ontvangen door de medewerkers en kregen voldoende uitleg. De fietsen zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en hebben ons heel veel plezier bezorgd. We hadden op voorhand wat opgezocht over de fietsen en dit zijn veruit de beste die er zijn. Ook het terugbrengen ging vlot. We kregen ook nog een lijst met leuke restauranttips in de buurt. Er was wel wat personeel aanwezig en iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. Ik zou echt iedereen aanraden om hier te huren. Ben blij dat we voor Ciclismoplus hebben gekozen.

We had a great experience renting bikes here. The bikes were in excellent condition, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy. Cycling around Lucca was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!
