I had a great experience renting a bike from Ciclismoplus while in Florence. I rented a Canyon Endurace and it was great for the terrain. Francesco was really helpful with tips for my ride, and helped me get the bike fit dialed in before I took off. If I come back to ride in Tuscany I will absolutely be booking through them again – and probably for a guided tour next time. A+

Brilliant experience. Hired a bike for my Ironman event in Cervia and Max was super helpful throughout the whole process with any questions and gave clear info. When we met to pick up the bike it was simple and easy, as was dropping it off afterwards. The bike spec was great, was fitted on pick up and also came with saddle bag / tools. Great value too which made it even better. I also mentioned we were heading to Lucca in the following days and Max went out of his way to recommend some places to check out. Highly recommend using these guys!

Had a great hiring experience with Max at Ciclismoplus. The bikes were in perfect condition and of the highest quality, as was Max’s service. My only concern was the bike sizing, I normally ride a 58cm but they took my dimensions and paired me to a 54cm, a decision of which I was sceptical, but I needn’t have been! The sizing was perfect, these guys know what they are doing 100%! Many thanks to Max and the team, you deserve every sucess 👌🏾

Was in Firenze for a trip and was able to rent a bicycle, Scott Addict 105 Mechanical Disc Brake build kit, for the week. They installed my pedals and matched the fit spot on.

They were able to meet me and take me out for a ride to Greve in Chianti. It was a great introduction to riding in Italy, particularly as someone who is experienced, it gives you an introduction to the “car culture” here. I have to say, drivers are quite aware of cyclists and I never felt unsafe the entire time. Also espresso and Focaccia e Uvo!

Would gladly rent and hire Gabriele and his company again when staying in the region! Ciao!

Sympathischer kleiner Laden im Herzen von Lucca. Primär Veranstalter von geführten Rennradtouren in der Region. Zahlreiche Mieträder in verschiedenen Ausstattungsvarianten vorhanden.
Ich war zufällig dort vorbei gekommen und habe mir eine Rennrad-Cap und passende Socken der zugehörigen Marke PEDALITALY gegönnt. Bei einem weiteren Besuch ein paar Tage später dann auch noch eines ihrer hochwertigen made in italy Rennrad-Trikots.

The guys at Ciclismoplus were easy to work with, able to schedule an appointment and get me on a bike within 24 hours. I was able to get a Canyon Endurace that was just a couple of years old, but still in good condition, that served me well in the hills around Lucca. The process was straightforward, they helpfully provided a map file for RideWithGPS (or your favorite app) with a nice local ride, and followed-up to make sure everything went well. When I next find myself in Lucca, I will definitely look them up again.

Fab bike hire, great value. Made my enquiry a few days before and Max and the team were able to arrange a Scott Addict RC 40 and suggest the correct sizing quickly. Max was very understanding and went to great lengths to help me during the hire period. I was not able to make the original pick up appointment near Florence airport, and he was able to arrange a later pick up and he offered options for extending my hire period at short notice. Max at Ciclismoplus was extremely helpful when my partner and I were seeking higher-end road bike rentals for our week near Florence. He assured us that the sizing would work despite the brand’s sizing numbers seeming off compared to my experience. He ensured that the bikes were provided clean, adjusted and fitted before we set out to cover over 1200 km without any issues. Finally, returning the bikes to Max was straightforward.
